My Planned Build - Safe Temps?

Go to solution Solved by cheeze_tartz,

Your temps will be fine. If your PC gets too hot it will shut down to protect itself, or your components will thermal throttle.

Hi, this is my rig that I'm planning on building and I need to know safe temperature or where I can find them please - this being said, if temps start going out of control, is there a way to turn off the computer or does this come automatically on some or?...

Case - CaseLabs - Merlin SM8

Motherboard - ASUS P9D WS

Processor - intel core i7 4790K

CPU Cooler - Stock or some kind of Noctua

Graphics card - Nvidia Titan X

Power Supply - Seasonic 1050W snow silent

RAM - Corsair Dominator Platinums

this makes very little sense.  the system if assembled properly with stock cooler should run around 70C and with the some kind of Noctua it will be less theoretically because some kind is not a model. and yes your cpu will not run if the temps exceed the max temp threshold
