What should I do first?

So I just assemble my first PC.

 

When I start my PC the screen says "Please reboot and select proper boot device."

I tried putting my Flash Drive which has the OS but it can't detect the hard drives.

 

I can't seem to find the bios and I think my bios is outdated? I'm using Intel Pentium G3258 and Gigabyte GA-B85M DS3H.

 

Also using NZXT H440 so I dont have room to put the disk

(sorry first time in this kind of things)

Do you have a external USB optical drive? Try that maybe?

Go to the BIOS and select your boot device to the USB. If you don't know how to get to the BIOS, turn on your PC and press the Delete key rapidly.

Do you have a external USB optical drive? Try that maybe?

No need for that, you just need to set the boot priority to the USB stick.

I'm installing windows 8.1 which my friend gave me but I got problem like.

 

Compatibility report.

The computer started using the windows installation media. Remove the installation media and restart your computer so that windows starts normally.

Sounds like you are trying to install an upgrade version. Upgrade versions can only be installed from within existing Windows.
