1st off welcome.

Second post this in new builds and planning the sub forum next time ;3

3rd if you go on part picker and add the NZXT Noctis N450, it will do a compatability check and tell you

 

EDIT: if you are new to pc building do not water cool as you can cause serious dmg to the system if you dont do it right
