Have no clue whats going on with those pcieport errors. Its causing massive headaches for my simulation and I've done all the updating i could find. I'm not running a GUI, its only a minimal install of CentOS 7 with basic yum update packages. I have 2x GTX980s and 1 GTX 970, in that order in an ASUS rampage V motherboard with i7 5930k cpu, 16 gb ram. The top card, gtx 980, is running at 84 C which is fine but the simulation is much slower than what i use to get out of it just before i put the other cards in. I haven't moved it from that top slot either.

p.s. I don't know how to resize the img sorry if the image is too big.
