So apparently my pastor asked me to record her sermons with my DSLR.

Well it doesn't have line in so I need to have an external audio recorder and sync them together.

The setup should go like this.

Her-

mic

-mic reciever

-sound board

-headphone output (for live monitoring)-

tablet 3.5mm jack

-audio recorder.

Then I put both video file and audio file on windows movie maker and sync them up. If I'm missing anything please do tell.

I definitely wont be the best. Can you get a zoom h1 and have it in the pastors pocket

I don't have $100 to spare. I'm just wondering if it will work or if I need to use a laptop in place of the tablet.

i can't, it still needs to go through the soundboard to the speakers. The part going into !y tablet will be the live monitoring jack that doesn't interfere with her mic
