...Weird Noise

Hey everyone idk why but im hearing some sort of weird clicking from my computer. I have np idea what it is or why.... :'( helpfull i know. I have no clue what part it could be at all!! Idea's?? And help!?

Did you build you computer or did you buy at a retailer like Best Buy?

Before jumping to drastic conclusions (E.G: Dying hard drive.) Perhaps it's your fan(s)? I know sometimes my fans make a sort-of ticking noise, and it's related to the bearings inside of them.

Go through and put your ear up to every component (without touching anything) and try to pinpoint where the noise is coming from.

Definitely an Idea is your rig cable managed. Ignore my last question.

my psu fan did that. i left it alone for a while and it was gone. i think there was some dust in the bearing and i cleaned it out

Yah i built my rig and i have it quite nicely cable managed. Just opened it up and looked at it nothing is hitting anything and nothing was hitting anything at all. While i was in there i hit everything with compressed air so its more or less dust free. 

 

It sounds like the noise is comming from the PSU :'( !!!!!
