I tried re-installing the Windows but the same problem continues. Can't figure anything. can u please help? BTW i am using AMD FX4100 3.6 GHz processor. and it is not over heating. Help please....

Well your CPU is old but that might not be it. Are all your drivers up to date?

24 fps for that "cinematic" feel

After a couple weeks of behavioral sciences at my school I can easily conclude my parents need to grow up.

But he said his FPS used to be good

He could have accidentally been playing on 720p and then cranked it to 1080.  Or changed other settings.  We don't know because he never specified.

My system is currently air cooled, and all the drivers are up to date. and i use a 17 inch CRT monitor. and when i bought all the upgrades all was fine for like 10 days, then it goes wrong all the way,  and i tried bf4, mortal combat x, injustice, GTA 5, Call of duty advance warfare. they all were running at lowest 45 fps to highest 150 FPS. but now low is 0/2/10 to high 28/30/35. is my motherboard faulty or my graphics card?
