What are some good mice for around $20??

It would be nice to have 1-2 extra buttons for some games.

Also, I would prefer wired, because I haven't had a great experience with the wireless ones.

What are your suggestions?

Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 :D

24 fps for that "cinematic" feel

sadly no buttons, but it's a great mouse with good sensor.

You may be able to find an intellimouse on ebay for around $20.

Who needs a computer when you have a toaster?
