Yeah, it was working, then i flipped the record, and the needle just whent sideways across the record making a big scratch.

 

I looked, there is some dust on the needle.

 

Is this the problem:?

 

How can i fix it?

Damn that sucks, what record player is it? one of the new ones from target or a original. 

 

Ive been thinking about getting a record player myself.

I  have GameServer`s And VOIP servers the only price is that you have fun on them.

Dust, weighting on the end of the arm (if adjustable) and a worn out needle could all be culprits.

Dust, weighting on the end of the arm (if adjustable) and a worn out needle could all be culprits. 

Probably just the dust, but i dont want to clean it off, put it back on the record, and have it scratch it again.
