Overclocking 2x 780 SLI WC'd

so i recently got my water cooling setup done and i want to push everything i can out of my 780's

 

however im a complete noob in the overclocking space (except for some automatic overclocking software that came with my motherboard which ultimately didnt do very well.)

 

what i've done so far is look at some guides online and get some very basic knowledge and this is what i've come up with so far:

 

 

i've also ran furmark at 4k for 1 hour with no complications, the GPUs only went up to 38C

 

 

Where should i go from here? is this overclock a good one for 2x gtx 780's? what further tweaks should i make for the best possible experience?
