I'd say a fast processor, either 8GB or 16GB of ram, and a normal-ish graphics card. If CSGO is all you're going to do, then I'd say CPU and RAM is your focus. Please somebody correct me if I'm wrong, I don't want to give out terribly wrong advice.

my pc runs it perfectly on high settings at more then 60 fps so you dont need a good GPU at all
