Hello,

Let me preface this by saying that over the last 2-3 years since building my first gaming PC that I have upgraded the following components: CPU, MOBO, Hard Drive, and GPU my previous and current specs are below:

CPU - AMD A10-5800K to Intel i5 3570k

Motherboard - Asus F2 A85-V Pro to ASROCK z77 Extreme 4

Hard Drive - Seagate 2 Tb 7200rpm to Samsung 840 PRO series

GPU - Radeon HD 7850 2048Mb to EVGA Nvidia GTX 980 "Reference Design" 4096Mb

RAM - ADATA XPG Xtreme series DDR3 2133 4GBx2

Ok now with all that out of the way here is my issue I need help with, since the initial build I have had an almost identical graphical bug in many many games as seen below in my most recent title GTAV (Zoom in the the highlighted area):

Zoom into grass to see a variation of the bug I speak off:

Now as you can see this bug usually occurs with grass textures but not always affected games I can remember are: GTAV, Skyrim, ArmA 2, Fallout 3/New Vegas, Game of Thrones, The Elder Scrolls Online and many many more.

So what I Can't understand is what kind of issue can be carried across multiple hardware changes and many Clean Installs of Windows 7, please i am at my wits end with this issue and it is ruining my gaming experience and caused me to lose faith in the PCMR multiple times. I am willing to try any fix right now.

Unfortunately I can realistically provide more screenshots, due to slow internet and low hard drive space.

I see what your talking about in the first picture, not the second FPS pic. Was the first Car pic when you had your first graphics setup? Or the upgraded setup

Intel i5-4690K, Asus Z97-A, G.Skill Trident X 2400 Mhz

Asus GTX 970 Strix OC, Corsair RM 850, Corsair H105 AIO Water Cooler

Cooler Master HAF XB EVO Case

Like I said "multiple clean installs" and changed most of my hardware, so this has been done many times.

As you posted settings, it means that you keep changing the things after a clean install, making it no more clean...

Reset them to default and see if it still happens...

I have changed them many times from default, to maxed to minimum.

Upgraded, and in the FPS its slightly different because i have turned of the anti aliasing for grass and trees, but if you look at the grass you can see white dots.

Then it's a hardware issue, presumably memory, considering you can take screenshots on it. Go ahead and RMA the graphics card...

(Unless you've overclocked, in which case wtf guy)
