The Zeroflcker technology helps if you suffer eyestrain and headaches from displays using PWM dimming. The BenQ XL2420TE is quite an improvement over the XL2420T because it has Improved input lag from around 5ms to 2ms, Flickerfree technology and also 144hz capable.

Yeah, it uses a different TN panel

 

The Zeroflcker technology helps if you suffer eyestrain and headaches from displays using PWM dimming. The BenQ XL2420TE is quite an improvement over the XL2420T because it has Improved input lag from around 5ms to 2ms, Flickerfree technology and also 144hz capable.

 

Don't confuse response time with input lag.

 

XL2420TE is a revision with a different panel which goes up to 144Hz (the 2420T is limited to 120Hz. The rated response time also decreased from 2ms on the 2420T to 1ms on the 2420TE, not that it really means much.
