Updating BIOS will clear any settings done. You can always reset settings with Clear CMOS.

I flashed my Bios but i forgot to reset defaults before and after the flash which was written on the motherboards manual,so

Should i update my bios to the same version again?

or will this break my system?

Solution

Updating BIOS will clear any settings done. You can always reset settings with Clear CMOS.
