Windows 8.1 Install trouble

I have a new mobo+cpu(went from amd to intel) and I want install windows 8.1 64bit by using a bootable usb
But I don't have any optical drive, and its my only usb. My iso weighs 4.11gb and its not enough for my usb (3.72gb usable)

I plan on making it a 2disk installation but I dont know how, tried to google, nawp badluck

I cant buy because im literally broke.

Nope I think you can't .. Installing windows especially win 8 must be installed continuously. Wanna borrow my optical drive? :) haha

 

Im literally broke man. I have 20php on my wallet. parents cant deposit money until monday

I see you have a WD Blue 1TB. Try making an 8GB partition and use that to install Windows

How? My rig isnt even assembled. + Im currenty using my laptop if that helps lol

I guess you'll have to get an 8GB thumb drive, or borrow one from a friend?

I have 20php in my wallet and I cant get money until 2days.

The fare I need to borrow from a friend is 50php.
