Crystal Disk Info should give you a nice overview over your HDD.

You can check your GPU with benchmarks and GPU-Z. Simply have a look at your temps, clockspeed, fanspeed and all that stuff while benchmarking.

Yes but I am worried because I wass powering it off ny unplugging it from the wall and pressing the button from behind that turns it off immidietly,

Don't worry. Your PC will be fine.

I wouldn't recommend to do that, but it won't hurt your components if you did that one time.
