So I plug a 32gb micro SD SDHC card into a micro SD to SD adaptor which goes in to my internal card reader in my laptop. It makes the bee-dung noise and then after a while it appears I'm my computer labeled as SDHC Card. But when I try and open it or write an iso to it or even navigate to it in cmd, I get the not responding circle of doom and then nothing.

Is this a problem with my card reader, or the adaptor or what?

Thanks

EDIT: I am trying to install raspian ultimately
