Tablet for parents

Hello, I was thinking to buy a tab for parents. I barley know anything about tablets. Price around 150 Euros.
Requirements: Screen as big as possible, good build quality. 
I was looking at ASUS MeMo PAD 8. 8 inch screen looks appealing. 

Laptop: Acer V3-772G  CPU: i5 4200M GPU: GT 750M SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB
Desktop: CPU: R7 1700x GPU: RTX 2080 SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1TB

Have you considered Nexus 7?

Nexus 7 2012 edition looks out dated with 4,2 android

2013 version maybe little bit too expensive.

2013 version starts from $165 on Amazon, and with their new International shipping you just miiiight be able to get it to your country.
