So I am just wanting some numbers. So If I went with the x61 cooler to cool my i5 4690k  what temps would i get at stock speeds? And how load would it be...

Because I want more silence. And If i pushed my cpu to its limits by overclocking it as much as it will go how well will the x61 go?

And how much better would say... the 360mm rad custom water cooling kit from EK do? And what would the noice levels be on that?

Would it be worth it to just deal with my super load cooling right now and save for custom? Or just wait like half the time and get a x61 cooler?

With a custom loop, you gotta do maintenance every six months or so. While with an aio is maintenance free

As for temps, both would cool your cpu, although a custom is upgradable and you can add your gpu into the loop.

I know about them. I know how to manage custom and everything. I have build a custom water loop for a cpu before... I just wanted to see if anyone had any numbers on expected temps and noise levels.  And I have telt with AIO a couple times.

Here is a review of the x61 from spcr: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article1408-page5.html
