Do you have the ID/OD of the tubing? Or a link to the tubing.

EK and Bitspower have some compression style fittings for hardline tubing. http://www.ekwb.com/shop/accessories/fittings/hard-tubing-connectors.html

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FN8I538/ref=ox_sc_act_title_6?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A15YNZR7YB053N

will this help you ?

EDIT:

Yep. The ID is 3/8" (9.5 / 10mm) and OD is 1/2" (12.7 / 13mm) [seriously, I hate the imperial system].

So basically, you need 13/10mm fittings. EK's fittings look like they're designed to fit their own tubing, or its a typo, as they are listed as 12/10mm.

Something like this would fit http://www.frozencpu.com/products/25257/ex-tub-3392/Alphacool_G14_HT_HardTube_Compression_Fitting_13mm_OD_-_Black_17189.html

What type of adapters? If you're bending the tubing, you don't need to use adapters for the most part, just the single compressions will do.

If you're wanting straight runs, you'll want to use 90 degree rotaries and such to make the bends. It will knock the price up a lot to use adapters instead of bending the tubes.

PrimoChill have some decent ones.

Black

Nickel

There are some larger sets in different colours, but they don't mention the sizing on the product page, so you'd have to ask the seller what size they are.
