Asus Error Code 99 and 64

Hi

I am helping a friend start his first custom made PC up.

When we start it up, it stops on error code 64. Nothing comes up on the monitor. We did a bios flash to the latest bios but still no luck.

When we plug in a keyboard it changes to error code 99.

We have the GPU, HDD and SSD unplugged atm.

Asus Maximus VII Formula

Intel Core I7 4790K

Avexir Core Series 16gb (4x4gb)

Corsair HX1000i

Samsung 850 Evo 500gb

Western Digital 3TB Black

 

I have tried to find a solution but I am unable to. This would be of great help!

Should we just call Asus Support or what, we're both really not sure what to do.
