In house Steam Streaming

Hi Linus community!

 

Been a lurker fore quite a while, first time posting. Can some networking guy help me out? I am trying to make steam home streaming work, but have been quite unsuccessful. I know the settings on Steam side are correct as I've had success with a simpler configuration, so the issue lies in the Modem or router setup.

 

 

In the past had the Router set with DHCP off, and let the modem handle DHCP, but I was constantly having some kind of conflict happening, which was disabling WAN access on devices connected to the Linksys router. Attached is my current set up. Router and Modem are set up as follows;

Modem set to bridged only

Router has DHCP on

so do you have both the Linksys E1200 and Cisco EPC3925 Modem Router connected to the TP-Link AV500 Powerline?
