Usb device trouble

So just recently I've started having trouble with some USB devices, specifically my Mayflash Dolphin Bar. Firstly for some reason upon startup it seems to make booting up slower due to the motherboard having to go through all of the different devices but it seems to hang on that one, and secondly for some reason when its connected my headset (corsair vengeance 2100 wireless) refuses to work even though it shows up under devices and even under the audio tab.

 

While these are annoying I'm hoping to fix them and hoping its not part of a larger issue.
