ATI FireGL v3600

My dell t3400 has a Q6600, 4GB DDR2, 575W psu and an ATI FireGL v3600 which supports Opengl 2.1 and Shader 4.0... Is it supposed to run new games like NFS MW 2012?

I've even installed the catalyst drivers and still the M.W launcher gives error d3dcompiler_42.dll not working

Please help.. as this is a temp. gpu I am gonna buy an r7 250x after exams. I just want this to work for right now..

I also want to state my cpu is 50-55c at idle all four cores and when I ran 100% load on prime 95 the temps went to 90C in 1 minute.. is it nnormal?

80C+ is too hot so u shud do something about that 90C

Most of the time need for speed games complain because they LACK that dll file.

Okay let me check it... My temps are 50-55c at idle I still haven't checked in gaming.. The climate in my country is very hot.. it's night here and still is 35C here and in daytime it's 40-42C.. so I am gonna get a cpu cooler too when I upgrade my gpu. Can you guys give me the name of software which is used to monitor temps and cpu load while in-game I dont know its name... and can my current gpu run new games?

I use MSI afterburner, however not sure if it will work on your current application.  And it might, setting are definitely going to be pretty low.  the r7 250x that you're planning on buying is definitely going to be an improvement.  What resolution do you play at?

I've never had a good enough cpu before so I used to play counter strike only. I just bought this whole configuration today
