I'm thinking about building a pc its gotta be good for 3d rendering and of corse gaming

so what do you think?

go with 8.1 and pay the $2 for startisback. it makes it like a better windows 7 with faster performance and better compatability.

I'd hold on that GTX Titan X. With rumours of the R9 390X and GTX 980ti being just around the corner, you are probably going to be overspending on the GPU.

 

Also, get Windows 8.1 man.
