PSN-downloads help

Hey guys, I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I'll try my luck!

My friend bought a copy of MX vs ATV Alive. With this game he got a "online-pass" which he registred, and them downloaded some tracks and some bikes.

 

After a while the game broke, and now he has bought a new copy of the game. This time the code that came with the game didn't work, and when we used the old code with the new game, all the downloads could be downloaded, but they don't show up in the game...

Halp?
