Hey! hope you all are doing great!

I am currently using a 1680x1050 monitor which have served me well but should I upgrade to a 1920x1080 monitor? will the larger screen and higher pixel count worth the fps loss? or should i buy a 250gb ssd? My sole purpose is to game.

This is my build incase you wanna know the full specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZvtHjX

Thanks alot for your time.

If you want to game a GPU upgrade may be in order. Not too sure how much you want to spend though.

A GTX 760 will still serve you well if you are not playing GPU demanding games at maximum settings. 760 should still be able to get 60 fps @ 1080p if you can tone down the settings a bit, unless you are already struggling to hit 60fps. In that case, you might look to upgrade your GPU.

Understandable :P I would recommend waiting a while and seeing what AMD has to offer with their up and coming 300 series about to drop.

an ssd would help your boot times dramatically but not effect games, looking at your specs you could go either way, if boot times aren't annoying you go with the monitor and maybe get the ssd later

So far my boot times range from the 21secs to the 40s, it isnt THAT bad. But load times in games are kinda horrible ( looking at you Dragon Age and GW2 <.< )
