Could I get a second opinion on a build?

Okay so here's what i was planning to do. i was planning to make rig that consists of these things:

MSI H81I ITX motherboard http://www.ncix.com/detail/msi-h81i-mitx-h81-lga1150-f0-102348-1334.htm

Pentium G3258 http://www.ncix.com/detail/intel-pentium-g3258-anniversary-unlocked-d2-97890-1334.htm

Phanteks Evolv ITX http://www.ncix.com/detail/phanteks-enthoo-evolv-mini-itx-5b-108258-1334.htm

Antec Basiq VP450 http://www.ncix.com/detail/antec-basiq-vp450-450w-power-2c-62331-1334.htm

ADATA 2x4gb Ram http://www.ncix.com/detail/adata-xpg-v1-0-8gb-ddr3-1866-bd-106952-1334.htm

I;m gonna take my hyper 612 cooler, 7790 GPU, xfx 550watt PSU, an SSD and two hard drives and combine it with the things above to create a new build. what i wanted is a smaller PC which is still capable of housing a good amount of stuff while minimizing price. I apologize in advance if this is all kinda confusing

BTW my current rig has an i3220 so its not too power hungry which is why i went with the VP 450 to be swapped with my current 550w PSU.

If you would make any recommendations on what i could switch around that would be helpful, but could you do that on NCIX Canada as they have local stores around me and i don't want to pay for shipping :D and please try to keep it under $400, i'm not ballin :P

I also want to overclocking the G3258 a little bit just for the fun of it to see what i can get out of it.

TL;DR G3258, ADATA 2x4gb ram, MSI H81I MITX mobo, Phanteks Evolv ITX, Antec Basiq VP 450 for just under $400 (with already owned drives, hyper 612 and 7790) yay or nay?

Thanks for reading or skipping to the bottom s'all good to me just want some opinions :D

Absolutely beautiful!

Except i dont think that mobo allows overclocking. And you really want to overclock that pentium aniversary edition.

There are h81 mobos that will unlock overclocking with bios updates, i cant look for them right now. I dont remember an ITX being among them tho. Micro-ATX might be the smallest, but will still be super cheap.

Not to mention a lot of those MOBOs that DO support overclocking with an update have the voltage capped at something like 1.2v. Look in the reviews to see if anyone has had that on any board you pick out.

I don't do signatures.
