Intel stock heatsinks just make sure your CPU stays in the safe side.

I don't know much about new ones, but my rusty old 1st gen i3 stock heatsink sometimes sound like a fighter jet xD.

I would put the 212 evo on that i5 though.

The stars died for you to be here today.

The stock cooler is fine, but when the CPU heats up the fan may get a bit loud-ish. It'll be fine, though unless you want something more quiet. I'd wait to see if you can handle it unless you just want another cooler.

on a locked cpu its for quiet not coolness

I think you accidentally words.
