Question about stock cooler.

If I plan on getting a i5 4590 will the stock cooler be fine with keeping it cool, or should I invest in a 212 evo? I'll be using my build for gaming mainly.

Intel stock heatsinks just make sure your CPU stays in the safe side.

I don't know much about new ones, but my rusty old 1st gen i3 stock heatsink sometimes sound like a fighter jet .

I would put the 212 evo on that i5 though.

The stock cooler is fine, but when the CPU heats up the fan may get a bit loud-ish. It'll be fine, though unless you want something more quiet. I'd wait to see if you can handle it unless you just want another cooler.

Thanks guys. I'll definitely stick with the stock, but if I notice it getting hot, or loud I'll definitely switch to the 212 then.
