Anxiety

Hi all, just curious as to how many of you deal with anxiety, and what things trigger it for you

 

I myself have to deal with it, and there are just too many triggers for it for me to list, though one of them that has begun recently was food (Afraid of randomly developing a severe allergic reaction to a type of food, then not knowing and eating that food)

 

 

I blame school for my anxiety, mainly from all the stress of it, and the early wake-up times required..

Yes, but not most of the time.

 

Usually it's about worrying how to word something in order to not offend or look like an idiot, either on the web or when talking to people in person.  Though one of the worst times for my anxiety was a few weeks ago when I had to give three speeches for my communications class in front of a large group of people.

 

It's kind of hard to explain, but I really just stress a lot about figuring out what to say and the right time to say it  :unsure:
