Anti surge problem {Weird}

Sorry for my english.

 

Yesterday i got the anti surge problem so i unpluged the graphics card (due to that was the last change in the computer) and replaced it with the other one i have, i did some gaming to see if the problem continued and surprisingly nothing happend, so i pluged again the other card and the problem didnt apear again, but some ppl recomend RMA the PSU. The cuestion is, if i have to do it even when the problem is not anymore.

Is the anti surge problem caused only by the psu or theres any chage that other componenti is causing this?
