DayZ Mod issue!

Hello LTT forum members.

Yesterday I bought ArmA 2: Complete Collection to play some DayZ due to the fact that DayZ SA sucks right now...

Anyway I've downloaded all DLC's (DayZ, Operation Arrowhead + Beta, British Armed Forces and Private Military Company) as well as Arma 2 itself (of course) but every time I try to join any DayZ server a message pops up telling me to remove some .pbo files (Photo attached [it's german though... ^^"]).

I've tried googling the problem but every solution I find is for an older version and doesn't work on mine (1.1.1).

So if anyone of you can help me I'd really appreciate it... ^^
