Windows 8 crashing

Hello!

So today i got 2 crashes in about 20 mins. It said   SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (NETIO.SYS) and restarted.  Then i went on WhoCrashed and i found these reports:

Anyone knows what to do? By the way i know my registry's are destroyed, cus my win8 apps dont work and some other stuff...

If your Windows Registry is destroyed, and your apps are not working, or at least not working properly, it might be a good idea, regardless of if it's necessary or not.

Apps dont even open they appear for half a second and they are gone..Well, if that's the case i will do that, thanks for the help

Also, re-installing windows gets rid of all of bloatware, and is another way of defragging your hard drive (that is, presuming you have a hard drive)

Yes, i have a hard drive and an ssd
