Splatoon Global Testfire

I'm just wondering has anyone here played it and what are you thoughts on the game. IMO the game is tons of fun, it's a day one purchase for me.

Yeah, it was pretty damn fun. I split my time mostly between the roller and the splatter-shot, had a fair amount of success with both. There's an interesting dynamic there between trying to stop the progress of your opponents and cover as much ground with paint as you can. And the GamePad is actually damn useful because you're constantly looking down to see which areas your opponents are taking control of. Easily the most unique and interesting game from any platform so far this generation. Definitely a day 1 purchase.

Yeah, I tried the roller for awhile but the lack of range forced me to use the charger and the splattershot jr more often, if only the charger had a scope it would be my favorite weapon to use but for now it's the splattershot jr.
