Using SSD Benchmark Tools

I have a Samsung 850 Evo 256GB SSD

And i use the software HD tune Pro to do tests like the benchmark read and File Benchmark

I want to know if it poses any threat or damage to my ssd as i have my OS installed on it.

I also used Hard Disk Sentinel's Sequential Read Test.
