I'm buying a tablet tomorrow and I wanted to know which would be better 1gb of DDR3 RAM or 2gb DDR2 ?

Which tablets you looking at? I'm a little more curious about the chipset it's running tbh.

As for RAM? I'd take the 2GB DDR2 over the 1GB DDR3 due to apps are only getting bigger and bigger. 2GB will give you a little better multitasking performance... but then again, maybe the SoC will be very different between the different tablet models.
