Yes, replugged it.

 

 

Tried, did not work.

 

I'm confused why it's not starting, I'm pretty sure everything is plugged in correctly yet it won't start.

 

Are you sure that the front IO shield plugs are sitting tight into the MB pins? sometimes a high pressure air can blow it out. try also to replug everything the Ram GPU and cables.

It's the SB_PWR led that I was talking about, inidicating that standby power is on.

Just noticed another tiny LED that's on. It's the TPU LED.

The TPU LED (O2LED2) near the TPU switch lights when the TPU switch is turned to ENABLE

Yes I know, but this was already enabled before taking my pc apart and switching it off won't help either.

Hmmm

Any recent Hardware Change/Additions?

I only moved a fan and placed a diy dust filter, which I removed again to see if it was working without.

 

Are you sure that the front IO shield plugs are sitting tight into the MB pins? sometimes a high pressure air can blow it out. try also to replug everything the Ram GPU and cables. 

I replugged everything except my HDD's and still nothing happens :(
