So i have this very weird problem. The keyboard actually works fine - the ctrl, alt, shift etc. buttons. But trouble starts when letters are typed. Instead of "asdgfasdfjhasdghasdf" the keyboard writes "אפיסהפאסיבדךכאםהךזדאסהפכאסהםפ". This happens in any language (tried bulgarian, english, german). Has anyone of you guys encountered this problem? Is it an OS problem or hardware? I haven't tried it on another PC but another keyboard works fine on the same PC. Its a keyboard im very comfortable with so i really want to fix it if possible.

Probably an OS issue, maybe you can try creating a new user account to verify that it's actually an OS issue.

Some BIOSes provide a system where you can manually type UEFI commands, if you can find that then it might be worth it using that to figure out if your keyboard is broken or not. Last but not least you can boot from any bootable USB/DVD (your Windows installer will do just fine) and see if the keyboard behaves normally.

Edit: Try the onscreen keyboard too, while you're at it.

Edit 2: Googling a single character results in websites like "he.wikipedia.org". Your keyboard is on Hebrew I guess.

Will try it on another pc tomorrow and update on what results i got. I'm very suspicious to the OS also.  But if it was it wouldn't it break with all keyboards?
