Download Rufus

Open Rufus

Select your USB drive and the ISO

Start

Reboot from USB drive

so im going to have to buy windows 8 then i put it on my old pc with the usb drive which im going to buy new isnt going to have things am i going to have to format it still and when i boot up my ps for the first do i plug in the usb and put priority boot up on the usb thn after i install all of windows i would have to go into the bios and change it from usb to my ssd???

No I'm not mad. I used rufus before and one that starts with a N. I like doing it myself. I can see if it fails or not.

I use this, It works with windows ISO's too. So simple.
