Possible Broken Everything!?!

So

I literally just posted one of these. That problems solved but we hit another snag.

I turn on my PSU and nothing works. Except the USB ports. I've tried pressing the on button, changing mobo headers. It's bad. Here's my system (no OS because it doesn't even post -.-)

PSU: SeaSonic 400W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

CPU: AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor

MoBo: ASRock FM2A88M-HD+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard

RAM: G.Skill NS Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Case: NZXT Source 210 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower Case

Try with just one ram stick. Reset cmos. We have a no post guide please follow that, i hope it helps.

Ok. I didn't make it clear. The USB's are the ONLY thing that's working. The fans, HDD's and LED's? Nada.

did plug the power to cpu? You motherboard shpuld have 2 power connectors going to it. No you made it clear. Just not a lot of info can be had from a no post.
