Crossfire/SLI flow bridge

So I'm crossfiring 2 r9 290s and I'm debating what to do about the connections between the 2 cards. Without thinking I bought a 2 slot sli flow bridge from XSPC. http://www.ncix.com/detail/xspc-razor-sli-flow-bridge-d7-89441.htm anyways, after actually checking my motherboard, Asus 990fx sabertooth r2.0, I found out that it is the next slot down that is 2.0x16. https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_990FX_R20/ as you can see what slots I need to use. Do I need a 3 slot connector? And also, these are only sold as 'SLI' connectors, but I assumed it should be the same for AMD solutions? I don't actually have the other card yet, its still in shipping, so I can't really tell what exactly will work for me.

and I was also considering buying PETG and hardline fittings just for the crossfire bridge. I will also probably go for a parallel routing if I go hardline.

So will a 3 slot sli bridge work? Is the 16mm OD hardline a good size or should I go for 12mm OD? I'm using 3/8-5/8 soft tube in my system so 16mm would be the closest match diameter wise. Thanks for any input you guys have.

You've got few options available for SLI -- you don't necessarily need to use XS-PC's bridge, though you can. You can use SLI fittings as well between the two, such as the telescopic fittings that Bitspower and Swiftech offer. There's also Bitspower Crystal Link. Whatever you go with, you will need the 3-slot option.

Also 12mm ID is closer to 1/2". 3/8" is closer to 10mm ID, which is the ID for Crystal Link if I remember correctly.

Thanks @brandishwar, that helps me figure out what i'm looking for. I found the bitspower crystal link and I like it that they are pre-cut for 3-slot sli, and that they actually tell you what fittings to use on the page. So thanks to your info I've decided on that option.
