Arma 3 Overpoch Install?

So im installing overpoch to play with arma 3 and I'm using ccg but I already have the arma terrain pack downloaded and in the arma 3 directory. I also set the arma 3 directory as my mods folder. For some reason though CCG launcher still insists to download the terrain pack which is 7.5 gigs when I already have it. Anybody know what I can do so the launcher will detect that I already have the mod?
