Absolutely. USB 3.0 is Backwards Compatible. Meaning, it'll work with USB 2.0 (your mic) and lower.

help!! i recently purchased a blue yeti usb mic and my motherboard only has 2 usb 2.0 ports can i plug my mic in to usb 3.0
