Project Cypher (In Planning)

_JohnB330ci

This is the new project I'm doing to be starting with a red, gold(minor) and white theme using parts from my existing build.

After receiving my new PC (PreBuilt as I didn't have the time to do it myself) I wasn't particularly happy with it, but it is a decent performer however, I still want more from it. Anyway, after getting the new PC and not being happy with it I've gone into some minor planning of the new build, Project Cypher. Project Cypher is planning to be my home gaming rig for years to come.

That is my current build, specs:

AMD FX8350 - 4GHZ

R9 290X

Gigabyte GA78LMTUSB 3 Motherboard

16GB 1600mhz Ram

Corsair CX750M PSU

1TB HDD

And that about sums that up, for the new build as said on the White, gold and red theme I plan to upgrade to this build over time:

ASRock Z87 EXTREME 4 (Planned)

Intel I5 4670K  (Planned)

NZXT H440 (White) (Planned)

2x R9 290X Windforce's (Planned + Will be upgraded after everything else, may switch out to a Nvidia GPU)

2x 4TB WD HDD's (Planned)

1x 256GB Samsung Evo 840 SSD (Planned)

Corsair Hydro H100i (Planned)

On the case I plan to paint the IO Guard Red also.

+ Will be running the GPU's on an individual cooling loop eventually (+1 Dr_deconstruct for reminding me)

 | CPU: AMD FX 8350 + H100i | GPU: AMD R9 290X + NZXT Kraken | RAM: HyperX Beast 2033 16GB | PSU: EVGA G2 | MOBO: ASRock 970M |

wouldn't recommend running to open airflow cooled GPUs in a case with restricted airflow

I forgot to mention, I will be water cooling the graphics cards on an individual loop eventually.

still, wouldn't recommend that kind of case. there simply isn't enough airflow/rad mounts to sufficiently cool those cards

What case would you recommend? (White please)
