He has a 740€ budget, needs a monitor and is going to do mainly CSGO, LoL and Heroes of the storm gaming.

I am not familiar with that power supply, its its more watts than you need, and being I don't know the name I don't know if I would trust it. Why not a corsair CX seris like 500 watt PSU? They are usually pretty cheap.

I cant get cheap Corsair PSUs here in Spain unluckily. Its a more-or-less trusted PSU, 80+ Silver rating and very quiet.

 

We have 2 spanish PSU manufacturers, NOX is crap. Tacens is al right.

 

Edit: about the wattage, i believe that is the lowest you can get on 80+ Silver, and I trust this brand, not like other cheaper/lower wattage ones.

Well, looking at a review its got a FSP board so it should be sufficient.
