I recently switched from the 7h to the cloud 2, and while I'm definitely enjoying how comfortable the cloud 2 is I've been having an issue with the cord connected to the headset being able to pull in and out a little bit. I know from previous dinky headsets that this often gives me a few weeks before I start losing sound in one ear and a month or 2 before the headset dies completely. Is this something I should be contacting warranty for or is this a common-doesn't-lead-to-any-issues type of thing?

If I remember correctly, Dmitry from HardwareCanucks had the same problem with both the Cloud 2 and the original Clouds.

It could potentially become a problem in the future, so It's up to you, if you want to contact Kingston's RMA support.

Personally, I would just wait and see if it becomes an issue.

Edit: I found the video

It's around the 2:20 mark
