The only manufacturer I know of that uses blue as a primary colour for Motherboards ( i assume you mean Z97 ) is AsRock, as Asus uses Black/Silver, Gigabyte, MSI & RoG use Black/Red and EVGA uses Black/black.

 

You could also buy the Z97S SLI Krait motherboard from MSI as it is Black/White and then add your own blue accents.

ASRock is the only one that makes high end blue motherboards AFAIK. At least with Z97.

Asrock Z97 Extreme series are the only high end ones. Msi Motherboard with blue accents are the more budget oriented ones.
