Did you make sure that the included cables with that came with the case are plugged into the psu?

have you connected the cable from the fan to the fan header on the motherboard?

The fan that isn't working was already pluged in in the back of the case cause it came with it and also if the psu fan in not moving dose that mean it's not working although I'm getting power cause of the led lights and cooler fans are working

that the psu fan isn't spinning doesn't mean it is broken, some pus's simply doesn't turn on their fan until it is under load.

the fan you are talking about should have a wire the ends with a convoker, doesn't it have that?

I have a enthoo luxe

alright so if your fan is plugged in to the little box in the back of the case (where you can plug in 11 other fans) from that box there should be some sort of cable that is not like the one's of the fans you have plugged into it, this goes into your motherboard.

Do you understand?

ok then we're do I plug that into my motherboard its a ASUS rampage V extreme

I think you should plug it into one of the optional fan headders i marked (Opt_Fan1 and Opt-Fan 3) just one of them won't matter which one

after doing this there should be a cable from your power supply you can plug into the marked e-sata connector. After this your fans should be up and running

if you have any doubts after this i would like a picture of how it looks in your specific case.
