Hello guys, ive got a big problem with my Computer..

every time when i do anything ( start a program, start a game, even drag a desktop icon ) it laggs HARD when i do it the first time, but however its smooth when i do it the second,third... time and everytime i turn pc off and on again the problem starts again. Also sometimes programs or games starts but dont open and in taskmanager i see they are open but they use very less RAM that it should be for example GTA V.

 

I use Windows 7 64 Bit and have Antivir etc running almost every day. I also tried to set the system back but it didnt change anything.
