i dont know if he the best 

but i use avira

I agree with @1Scotty1, Avast + Malwarebytes, both free, both do the job just fine. Been running them for the past 2 years and I've had no issues at all.

I use BitDefender Free, also Malwarebytes.

Another Avast + Malwarebytes user here. Also some common sense will help most of the time, avoid sketch sites.
